We offer our service in two ways. If you are in the proximity of our California desert fabricating plant, we may be able to have a service person visit your site for a nominal charge. Most customers will want to ship their rug to us for the work which they wish to have done.
The best way to get a quote on any work you may need or question you may have is to contact our binding and repair department at binding@yourarearug.com . You may also contact them through our main switchboard at 888-699-9RUG X210. We will try our best to meet any special requirements you may request. Please be specific in your email as to your wishes as well as your zip code so freight can be estimated for your quote.
In most cases where your product would be shipped to us, we would issue you a UPS call tag. We would ask you to wrap the rug for shipment and UPS will pick it up. You would incur only one total service fee that we would prequote you. That fee will include freight both ways as well as the work you need done.
